Exhibit Booths & Foyer Exhibits

Exhibit Booths inside the Ballroom are 8' x 10' and come furnished with carpet, 1 six foot table, 2 chairs, 1 trash can and an ID sign. Cost is $1,200.

Foyer Exhibits is an area in the foyer outside the Ballroom. The foyer exhibit area is table top only.  Cost is $800 (Please note that for security reasons this area can't be set up until Thursday am and must be moved into the ballroom Thursday night between 7 - 8 pm and set up Friday am between 7 - 8 am.)

Blaine Convention Services has been contracted to be our official show decorator. They will provide an online exhibitor kit with downloadable forms. The exhibitor service center will be maintained during move in, exhibit hours and dismantling.

To reserve a Booth

  • Fill out a reservation form (processed in order received)
  • Each company reserving a booth must be a PWQA member (current on 2017 Dues)
  • Each exhibiting company must offer a "show special" (example: 10% for any orders placed at the show and shipped within 60 days of the show) which will be published in promotional material and the show guide.
  • Each exhibitor will be given a FREE TRADE SHOW PASS template that can be personalized for you to send out to your contacts. These passes will be collected at the registration desk and tallied. Exhibitors with the most passes turned in will be given priority registration to the 2018 Trade Show.
  • Each exhibitor is encouraged to donate an item for the Trade Show Raffles
